We are planning to get out and about throughout 2012 so people can sample for themselves who we are, what we do and what our products are like.
To begin with we will be attending several carboots with our first visit of 2012 being on
Sunday, 5th February at Rossendale`s Giant Indoor and Car Boot Sale.

We will be attending Rossendale Carboot every second Sunday thereafter.

Just a reminder to our customers that our last posting date that will hopefully ensure all deliveries are recieved BEFORE Christmas will be on Friday, 16th December at 2.00pm.
We will continue posting items up until Friday 23rd December but obviously we cannot guarantee they will be with you before Christmas Day.
Also, please take into consideration possible delays due to an increase in post at the sorting offices as well as delays caused by severe weather conditions.

As part of our ongoing review into how we can make our buyers experiences the best they can be when dealing with us, we are now sending out a thank-you/confirmation of despatch email to all buyers once their orders leave our offices.
We know that many buyers who purchase not just from us simply want to know what is happening with their orders once they have been placed and we are big believers in communicating with people at all times.
So, once your item has been packed and then sent off to our designated courier, you will be sent an email confirming which post office your order was sent too, the date it was sent and how to contact us should your order not arrive in due time or if you have any other issues regarding the order in question.
Obviously it goes without saying that if you do not wish to receive future updates by email then you can simply opt-out of this service.
