Returns & Order Cancellation
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please
contact us within 3 days of order
receipt.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling
Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products.
The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as
they were originally despatched from ChriVic Cosmetics.
You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned.
You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any
refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of ChriVic
Cosmetics.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the
same time.
Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page
along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14
days of receipt of the returned goods.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before
accepting an order.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at
any time.
If an items is out of stock, but is due back in you will be told
on your delivery email.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for
the unavailable product(s).

Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine and
purchased from reputable UK wholesalers. We DO NOT
purchase any product from overseas.

Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photograph. These
are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.
In the case of unboxed items or testers the price of the
equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only.
Testers are the regular products quite often in a bottle or
packaging marked as a tester.
Some items may also be marked not for individual sale. By
submitting your order to ChriVic Cosmetics you are confirming
that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a
problem with ordering that product.
We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such
are identified on the system.

Postage Costs
Each items cost for
Postage and Packaging is based on weight.
Please note that these costs are for Postage AND Packaging and
not just the cost of getting the item to you! We use high
quality envelopes and other packaging materials to ensure that
all items arrive in the best possible way.

Delivery
Delivery charges are as shown on the website.
Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible
for you to specify a delivery date, but we aim to get your order
picked and despatched sameday (if paying before 2.00pm*).
Deliveries will be sent to your registered address, however, you
can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more
convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery
address when you place your order.

Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with
ChriVic Cosmetics.
We reserve the right to decline any order.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree
to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the

Our administrators (C Dunn and VC Dunn) reserve the right to
alter any listing without the permission of the customer.
We also reserve the right to cancel a customer's registration if
found be abusive in any form towards an administrator or any
other member of our team.
